Mindy McCready’s ex files petition to get his son from foster care
Billy McKnight is stepping up and has filed a petition to get custody of the child he had with Mindy McCready. The child has been in foster care since the death of McCready instead of being turned over to his father, according to WTSP 10 News on March 30.
