A British councilman has apologized for saying “disabled children cost the council too much money and should be put down,” the BBC reported.

Disgraceful outburst,from somebody that is classed a a Corporate Parents, all County Councilors are classed under this clause, to oversee childrens services in their area. He SHOULD STEP DOWN NOW.
