Federal Magistrate Tom Altobelli's letter to two children
Federal Magistrate Tom Altobelli's letter to two children: DEAR X and Y, AFTER your mum and dad separated they could not agree about where you were to live. You were 10 and 6 at the time.
Note: I'm sorry to the ladies for what I am about to say.
Personally, I think that this judge is a total man hating dickhead for making the decision that he made. You do not tell a father that he can't see his kids just to satisfy the paranoid ravings of a psychotic bitch. If there was real concern for the health and well-being of the children, then you make the appropriate decision.
Even the judge doesn't think that is the case. Therefore these kids have the right to both parents.
How bizarre that the judge would state he "decided" that dad did NOT hurt the kids, but because mum still believed it, he was siding with mum. How does THAT work? The judge declares his opinion null and void?
