This is crazy why adopt if u want to abuse a child. I mean the child has been through hell and back . And now u do more to them as a adopted mom its just sad. Go kick rocks lady. I really hope the real mom gets them back.
I am currently trying to find more info on regaining terminated rights due to corporal punishment of my son in a CPS open adoption attained through coercion/induced duress. I signed a couple years ago and am trying desperately to find a leg to stand on. Gaining some ground, as much as I lose some it seems. I never neglected or abused my son, though I did make very bad decisions during a very traumatic time in our life. I wish the best, and hope you do the same for me.

I made some bad decisions also I suffered from severe depression had no family help all were against me including my mother who still is might I add I accepted visitation through my mother but there was that control that was known My son is stepping forward and telling the court what he wants unfortunately if your child is happy where they are at you can do nothing about it no matter how much money you spend because in the process it hurts your child emotionally All my children have issues one way or another from my case the adoption and this case again It breaks my heart for anyone to go through the system and get your life put under a magnifying glass and say you are a horrible mother and we are taking your children I had that happen three times by the very woman who adopted my children so I now have to be put under a microscope again to see if I have changed and maybe they might consider to place some if not all the children I wish you the best of luck on your case - K-
