Woman sues DYFS after her adopted child was allegedly sexually, physically abused under institution's watch
While under the care of the state’s child protection agency, a Monmouth county baby was burned, beaten, and sexually abused, then ignored as doctor after doctor recommended therapy for anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, a lawyer for her adopted mother says.
I am glad you had the courage to sue CPS. It will never change what has happened to your child; however, it will help change and reform CPS. We need to unite as a nation to continue to sue CPS by bringing adequate legal support to families and their children that will fight dependency courts so we financially break CPS/DHHS until they get the message we will not allow this gov't neglect and abuse to continue. If the federal gov't wants to benefit financially, they need to be accountable or get out CPS business. Help me make a difference and change CPS http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/stop_cps_abusing_asfa/
