Local child welfare and juvenile justice officials Friday gave state lawmakers a dire view of the future under Gov. Brian Sandoval's proposed budget.

    I think they're just worried about their own loss of funds for their agency. No money for services , no money for them. CPS doesn't stand for Child protective services,it stands for Cruel Perverted Sadists.
