St. Paul couple's foster care license revoked after man charged in toddler's 2009 death
A St. Paul couple who took in foster children have had their license revoked by the state after the man, Daniel Lee Wright, was charged last week with manslaughter, child endangerment and neglect in the death of a 19-month-old girl.
