This case has made DHS hyper vigilant! Multiple cases are currently in court due to DHS going way over board since they got sued! A professional asssociate in the mental health field is now without her grandchildren after DHS ripped them from her home one Friday evening a few weeks ago! DHS flipped out after finding the grandmother had a previous allegation, (NO conviction) of child abuse OVER 10 YEARS AGO! DHS with no consideration of their collegue nor the two toddlers, are out to burn the collegue at the stake in court! The professional collegue had disclosed information on her past contact with DHS to the foster care caseworker who never shared the information with anyone else in the other department. Now DHS is out to destroy their collegue's career and never intend to let her have contact with her grandkids again all because two DHS employees didn't share information! What a messed up system! Those poor kids!
