WRAPPING THE YOUNG IN COTTON WOOL
There should be deep concern but very little surprise that almost half the people in Scotland are deterred from working with children by the fear of being accused of harming them. The report by the Children's Commissioner cites the compensation culture and the worry about being falsely accused of abuse for the reluctance of so many people to contribute to the educational and social wellbeing of tomorrow's adults.
Americans should have this fear too. Right Dad's?
