We tried to go through our state watchdog group. it was a joke. Cps got a pass on anything it did prior to the substatiation. then the only thing they would comment on was the seperation of the girls. cps lied said they were working toward reuniting them then just did there own thing. watchdog more like a pet puppy. judt something so that law makers can sleep at night.
