Payoff moves closer for woman raped in state foster care
A bill that would pay $1.2 million to a disabled woman who was raped while in the state foster-care system appears poised to make progress after the secretary of the Department of Children and Families urged lawmakers to pass it.
Note: Oh just give her the money you cheap pricks! It's not her fault that you didn't keep her safe.
