It is about time the so called Child Protectors, involved in these horrendous tragedies, were made completely accountable for their malpractice, and struck off the Social Care register, and never ever be allowed to practice in this arena again.
This Child was seen, by the so called professionals, with extensive bruising, and was allowed to stay with the murderers.
If i had my way, the CPS individuals, involved would be charged with corporate manslaughter.

The truth, alisonegypt, is that Isaac Lethbridge was murdered in foster care, because DHS employees assigned to the hotline were not answering the telephone, and the managers failed to manage them. The professionals, who saw Isaac (age 2) horribly abused 12 days before his death, tried to call the hotline unsuccessfully. Still, I can't imagine why those two physicians and the Lula Belle Stewart foster care worker didn't call 911 when efforts to reach DHS for an emergency response failed.
