Foster care placement needs to be right the first time

I believe that education and foster care are some of the most important issues we discuss in Olympia. I consider myself a voice for foster kids who might never know the care of a family or success in education. I was an orphan in Korea many years ago and attribute much of my success to the care of my adoptive American family.
