County's Failure Creates Bigger Problem For Adoptive Parents
An investigation by 10TV found ongoing problems after parents unknowingly adopted severely troubled children.
Some of them have either killed or molested others, 10 Investigates' Paul Aker reported.
Note: What we got here is failure to communicate. They push for that adoption bonus by overlooking the best interest of the child and adoptive family. The trick is just to get them through the system to the positive outcome and then cash in.
