Audit: Misuse of foster care funds persists
Nearly six years after audits found private foster care agency officials were enjoying lives of luxury at taxpayer expense, new studies have found similar abuses, such as using public funds to pay for X-rated cable TV, gambling and expensive cars.

Absolutely unbelievable, i suppose they have received money for Corporate Hospitality as well, to take themselves,and Foster Children out for expensive meals, the next thing will be getting their Holidays payed for them, when Kin carers are left to suffer financial hardship.
