The article from daytona beach news journal (10/25/07) costs $2.95 #410037533- the summary mentions DCFS workers claiming in reports to have talked to victims and police officers who state they never talked to the investigator- the police officer mentioned in one case said he wasn't even on duty at the time of said claim being made by DCFS worker.

A gaurdian ad litem told a falsely accused mom re; her daughter: "she is beautiful, anyone would want to adopt her, I would take her if I could" Mom's response, "she is not up for adoption!" So far the children are still in foster care with their parental rights being attacked. After an unsuccessful criminal investigation, an unsuccessful stripping of parental rights, the private organization contracted by the state of Fl is dragging their feet in providing a case plan to the parents while the criminal case is being transfered to another county. Talk about a witch hunt!

THEY ARE NOW AT POLINSKY CENTER AS WELL, EACH AND EVERY DAY ARE GETTING MORE WORRIED ABOUT NOT EVER LEAVING THAT PLACE.
THE WHOLE JUVENILE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT THE JUDGE, CHILDRENS ATTORNEY, AND THE CPS ATTORNEY ARE ALL ON THE SAME FLOOR IN EL CAJON CA. THE DEFENDING ATTORNEY IS ONE FLOOR UP. (YOU CAN'T TELL ME THEY DON'T TALK.) IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN THIS IS AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO A FAIR TRIAL.

I agree with everyone, those who falsely accuse us needed to be held accountable and we have the right to face our accusers. No more secret and illegal family courts.
I just don't know how we can go about this. At least it's a step in the right direction.

I also have a CPS case investigation Fraud, I live in michigan, and its somewhat new in my city, its very hard to deal with, and its really sickning, My case was opened April 19th, and it was railroaded all the way. My daughter was kidjacked on May 26th, June 15th I found out that i had soul full custody of her, I went to family court to obtain the doument proving she was in my full custody, june 16th, evening, went out to her dads where she had been staying, i had called 911, and they tal;ked to him and he agreed that he was okay with my mother and I talking her home, june 17th, afternoon CPS agent came with a patition to court, there i lost custody of her to state ward, her dad got her back, CPS agent testified, all nervous lieing, has admited my case was closed May 31st, June 11th, I had to go to main postal building to pick up a letter i had to sign for, it was a document signed by cps agent and her super viser on June 1st, for central registry, LIES and Betrayal...Her dad told me that he was told to call her at CPS if i did come and get her, it was based on trust?? She didnt have any warrentsd no law enforced offical, in fact she did not even come the day her dad came and kidjacked her. This is all bullshit and still going on ...this friday I have a custody hearing at 8:30...The report done by The friend of court investigator is like a long roller coaster ride, its all a bunch of bullshit, these people are sick to be working with our children, holy shit, it has to stop now! I AM WORKING ON IT NOW, BEEN SINCE SHE WAS TAKEN FROM ME AND RIPPED OUT OF HER OWN HOM OF 13 YEARS!

The CPS/DCYF worker who investigated us when asked "under oath" what the deciding factor was in changing our care plan from our daughter coming home from the hospital (after the fractured ribs in question were found to be a faulty x-ray on the part of the hospital that placed a call to them) Responded to the question "under oath" that the factor in question was in fact..Then she went on to cite an incident which occured 4 days after the petition was filed. The judge heard this and ignored it. I know also that the judge was aware that she had perjured herself because he physically struck himself in the face when she did. He still refused to rule against them and upheld his previous order. I'm now being warned not to talk about this! I will probably be jailed for this but it is not right and I AM WILLING TO MARTYR MYSELF FOR THIS CAUSE!
Annonymous Grandma of 3 - we hear these stories similar to yours every day. CPS is indeed out of control. Until the judges demand caseworkers back up their 'allegations' with proof and substantiation, they will continue to get away with their lies in court UNDER OATH. Ludicrous. And I hope everyone understands now that "In the best interest of the children" is a farce -- it is all about what's in the best interest of how much money they can make taking children away from loving parents and safe, secure and happy homes. Not Enough People are writing and screaming to the State Representatives, Governors, Attorney Generals, Senators...
That's true everyone who is affected should call up a journalist and have them report the case...then make this an issue at election time...mayors are also responsible for supporting cps/acs...judges support acs..if u find one that doesn't your lucky...
They get away with this because so many people are brainwashed until they go through it themselves. And the fear of those who have gone through it keeps them from speaking out other than blogs and sites like this. More needs to be done along the lines of public awareness. True terrorism abuse. They are accountable to no one and so we need to make them accountable to EVERYONE but nothing is going to be done as lon as we all just sit here and cry about it. I am going to the Disability Legal Center tomorrow to talk about the mental disability discrimination that I am dealing with. I recieve my checks because I was unable to work FOR SOMEONE at the time I received it. It has nothing to do with my parenting skills. Besides, successful treatment has made it so that I can return to school to become a paralegal.....Still not parent material? Only if you are discriminating!
Hi My name is Scott Johnson, the family court here in Coos Bay Oregon is a joke Ive recently like yesterday celebrated my twelve year anniversary and my wife and i have 5 kids. and honestly dhs has been harassing us and judge Barron for 10 of those twelve years and now has terminated our parental rights for how many times we've been in the system. but its their continuing harassment that now has my five children all by my wife of twelve years in what i consider prison I need help to fight for my family. its such a huge mountain i am personally overwhelmed and would welcome any-ones help and guidance- please contact Scott Johnson at 541-808-2337

One of the most blatant examples of misinformation and malfeasnce related to court documents can also be found in a Magistrates Court matter in Queensland Australia. 'Department of Child Safety v SJ & MB [2009] QChCM 1'.
What most concerns me with this matter is not one public servant faced charges or was dismissed.
Further, the lies extend beyond tyhe court room for the DOCS staff invoolved. All of them denied knowing how assessments were dealt with tio measure the extent of harm if any. Funny thing is more than one of them actually worked in assessment and intake teams. Once again they made a mockery of a court system that still believes public servants are honest and have integrity.
