Former Twin Lakes foster parent Gary Reed got a 25-year prison term during sentencing Thursday for sexually abusing children he had in his care.
Speaking through a letter read to the court by his wife, one of Reed’s victims said he thought he had finally found salvation from a lifetime of abuse when he was placed in Reed’s home.
