Jury finds ex-CPS worker guilty of tampering with evidence in Klapheke child death case
A Taylor County jury on Wednesday found a former Child Protective Services worker guilty of tampering with evidence after a child died as a result of being malnourished and neglect in 2012.
The trial of Gretchen Denny centered around a photo of the deceased 22-month-old girl. She was accused of ordering another CPS worker to delete the photo to keep it from medical personnel.
