Authorities on Thursday jailed a 58-year-old man after a 16-year-old foster child he had befriended told Child Protective Services the man had groped him, court records say.
Daniel Berckmoes, who was reportedly living with a different 17-year-old foster child at the time of his arrest, was charged with indecent child contact. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
