Judge rules grandparents can't adopt Morris County child


A Superior Court Family Division judge has ruled that a set of out-of-state grandparents cannot adopt a 3-year-old Morris County girl and went further, likening the adoption complaint to "the absurd scenario" of a babysitter entrusted to care for a child trying to institute adoption proceedings.
