Florida's private child welfare agencies facing employee turnover crisis

One of the worst problems facing Florida's troubled child-welfare system, advocates say, is job turnover among the case managers who oversee adoption and foster-care services — 80 percent in some parts of the state.

There is nothing wrong with coming to terms with your humanity and realizing that you are working for the devil and taking the steps to do what's right like getting the hell out of there.  There are much better career choices for you, and if you still can't figure it out then join the navy or something and become a real hero.
