Father kills his five kids after South Carolina social workers deemed him safe
South Carolina child protection workers visited at least a dozen times since 2011 the family of a man accused of killing his five children, in response to reports of abuse and neglect, state records released on Thursday show.
Note: Looks like the Crystal Balls at the CPS office are malfunctioning again.
