A class-action lawsuit is expected to be filed today against the state, alleging it has failed to pay foster parents enough to adequately care for their foster children.
Wait just a damn minute. A bio parent would have an investigation if they could not provide for their children. A case plan would be put in place and the parents would have to compensate the needs of the children regardless of gov/state funding. What a crock. If the foster's can't provide, call CPS and consider a prevention care plan. How insane........
