Watertown man accused of threatening DSS caseworker

Watertown police on Friday charged Jonathan E. Melendez, 28, of 332 Winslow St., with second-degree aggravated harassment.

    just so happens that the county RENTS to mentally ill persons who really need more care than a social worker can give...the problem is within the SYSTEM that does not take care of the mentally ill
