Something wrong at DCF
With the Department of Children and Families proclaiming "public" internal improvement on their present and future child investigations, how can the "leadership" classify their most important position to fill Child Protective Investigators as Other Personnel Services (OPS) employment, which does not provide Career Service Benefits?
