LePage hopes to strengthen state law requiring child abuse reporting
Gov. Paul LePage has his eye on Maine’s law that obligates professionals who are in regular contact with children to alert state child welfare officials when they suspect child abuse or neglect.
Note: Tougher mandated reporter laws usually leads to more calls to the hotline, more innocent families being forced to spread their butt cheeks for a state sponsored anal probe and more kids being fraudulently removed for the federal funding that they get which ultimately gets pumped into the states economy via contracts to System Suck service providers.
I am also well aware that Maine's professionals such as teachers, shrinks and doctors are very concerned about violating Maine's Mandated Reporter Laws, especially in regards to having their professional licenses taken from them. So this is really all bullshit.
