Magistrate recommends more than $7 million in attorney's fees in child-welfare suit

A federal magistrate in Tulsa on Wednesday recommended that plaintiffs' attorneys in a class-action lawsuit that led to reforms in Oklahoma's child-welfare system receive more than $7 million for their work on the case.
