MAN WITH 85 PRIORS PLEADS GUILTY TO DEATH OF FOSTER CHILD PLACED IN HIS CARE
The Saskatchewan Social Services Ministry is conducting an internal review of the foster care system after a man with 85 prior convictions pleaded guilty to the death of a 13-month-old boy left in his care.
