Police: teacher, counselor failed to report child sexual assault
Wednesday, Myrtle Beach police arrested Carole McMahon and Julie Farmer-Janis, a teacher and counselor at Myrtle Beach Intermediate School , for failing to report the sexual abuse of a student.
