RI forum focuses on bias in child welfare system
The U.S. must do more to address racial disparities in its foster care system, according to child welfare researchers and advocates who gathered Thursday at Brown University.

I do not agree with this bull. I live in the south where the minorities always reign over the poor whites in any government rights issue.I can go to court in my county and not see one minority in the very large court room fighting the system to hold on to their children.I do not think it is a racial thing, but an income issue. The cps groups across our country are profiling the poorest citizens in each area to attack, so this must mean that higher income people do not commit child abuse.
