Death of adopted girl outside in cold yard prompts CPS probe
Authorities in Skagit County are investigating the circumstances that led to the death from hypothermia and exposure of a 13-year-old Sedro-Woolley girl in her adoptive family's yard in May.
Sick and wrong- they are responsible for those lives when they 'take them in', instead of focusing on the $$$ they need to be focused on those kids!!! They probably got mad at her for begging to go home or not agreeing with them and locked her outside as punishment. Poor girl. Poor Biological family, they probably don't even know about it. I am sure they have no obligation to tell us if something happens to OUR kids after they take away our rights.
