GBI raids DFCS, arrests two for falsifying documents

Agents from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation along with the Department of Health and Human Services raided the Muscogee County Department of Family and Children Services Wednesday. It all started when they went in to execute search and arrest warrants for one current and one former employee of the Department of Children and Family Services who they say broke the law.

  1. The level of authorities raided? Intake Supervisor AND Acting Director (now Director)! For “false statements, concealment of facts and fraudulent documents”.

Might their behavior trickle down to subordinates? The more important question, would be how many Social Service agencies across this nation are doing the same?!?

Georgia Commissioners response is technically correct, "No DHS employee has any reason or incentive to HIDE allegations of abuse or neglect in order to LOWER the number of children and families to be entered into the state system." His answer is misleading and clever. Their intent is to INCREASE the number of children to be entered into the state system. DHS employees EMBELLISH allegations of abuse, CONCEAL facts that disprove their findings, and CREATE fraudulent documents for their judiciaries.

A diligent, prudent, or reasonable investigation from DHS is sorely absent. Instead their investigations set out to prove their embellishments, and take their fraudulent claims into their corrupt rubber-stamping judiciaries using the lowest judicial standard of evidence, where hearsay is more than sufficient.

“..if someone breaks the law whether they are a government official or not, we will prosecute you," the District Attorney office says. Will that include corrupt Social Service judges?
