Authorities find toilets in suspicious trailer that closed downtown Orlando street

A white work trailer, covered with anti-government messages proclaiming Central Florida to be "The U.S. Capital for Child Abuse" and bearing a warning on its back door that read "Open At Your Risk," prompted police and the city bomb squad to shut down Orange Avenue for four hours Sunday evening.
