CPS investigating after student accuses teacher of "bad touch"
A seven year old boy says his teacher rubbed his private parts after putting him in time out. The accuser's mother says the incident happened on April 26th at an Indianapolis Public Schools' elementary school.

IMPD tell Fox 59 News it is unlikely a detective will be assigned the case, since the child's story changed.
