Report: SRS Doesn't Give Cops Child Abuse Reports



A state report says the Kansas social services agency doesn't always share child abuse reports with law enforcement.

Without a doubt, I know this to be true in the Province of Alberta, Canada. RCMP attempted to obtain records from the Office of Children's Services to further investigate for criminal misconduct, the death of a child and were denied access.
