CASA: Using The Death Of A Child To Sucker You Into Their Scam

And according to this guy, if this foster kid had only had a CASA, she would still be alive today.  (Chances are she'd still be alive if she had been left with her parents.)

That, of course is totally dependent on somebody who works for frauds for free being smart enough to pick up on it.  What do you think the chances are of that?
