Ah yes... Dreams of forever homes.

Hamilton County Foster Kids Make Videos in Search for Family

Dozens of children in Hamilton County are looking for a good home - and they're using a new tool to try to find one. Job and Family Services started putting video profiles of the children on YouTube. Local 12 News Reporter Angela Ingram explains how one child is hoping his video finds homes for kids in need.

  2. Double standards in legislation between government personnel and the public is atrocious!

Ministry feels it is acceptable to advertise the identities of living children who have a very real potential of being compromised and victimized. Whereas, Policy - Publication Ban - clearly states that a child in care must not be identified for safety.

Thus, those children who have died under Ministry Direction may not be publicly identified; surviving families prevented from sharing their lost loved one's name.

LIVING children require anonymity, those who are failed to death require transparency!

The same skewed reasoning exists in Canada where techniques such as "Wednesday's Child" primes vulnerable children as negative targets. As well, is humiliating for the child who is viewed by peers as less than human, no more than a pound puppy from a kennel.
