Colorado governor to seek reforms to child-welfare system amid dozens of kids' deaths in past five years
Gov. John Hickenlooper's administration today will unveil initiatives aimed at improving Colorado's child welfare program, which has seen 43 children die of abuse or neglect in the past five years amid concerns that social workers did not do enough to save them.
