Soldier accused of water boarding 6-year-old pleads not guilty
A Fort Lewis soldier accused of water boarding his 6-year-old foster son pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
Prosecutors say the boy told investigators Ruben Colon held his head under a bathtub faucet in May 2009, causing him to choke and cough.
