Mr. Director, let's just do a head count here. Let's see if you can tell me right off the top of your head, how many foster kids have died in Texas since you became director? Just to the nearest five, ok?

If CPS has an open case and your children were placed into foster care and they didn't provide this information to you they violated discovery laws in most places. Most lawyers never even think about that.

There are some children missing from this list, But I don't know how to add them. Williams was the caregiver for all three boys. She adopted Ahkeen, her nephew last year.
