I tried to leave my comment on this article, but it wouldn't let me, so here it is:You state,"Threats and assaults lead to stress, ill-health, sickness absence, and high staff turnover." How's it feel for the shoe to be on the other foot? It's about time social workers feel the pain they've caused so many families. "You reap what you sew!"
