State Rep Pete DeGraaf Challenges SRS Don Jordan on Children's Issues

Near the end of yesterday's Joint Committee on Children's Issues meeting, State Rep. Pete DeGraaf (R-Mulvane) challenged SRS secretary, Don Jordan:

• to try harder to place children with their families instead of foster homes.
• to try harder to make sure children are never placed in known abusers' homes

At the 2:40 point in the video below, DeGraff says he was not convinced that Jordan personally wanted to return the kids to their families.
