An Overview of Foster Parenting
Adoptive parents is a government sponsored program that offers a family of foster care to needy children. There are also many private agencies that provide foster care, but have yet to comply with government regulations. Parents interested in foster care go through an extensive process to be suitable for foster care before they can be certified and given to the children in their care.
