Here is my prediction: Maine will loose, miserably, but will not go down without a fight. I have all intentions of keeping this in the media because it looks like there will be a federal take over exactly what happened to Nebraska.

I believe that CPS expenditures have and are somehow manipulated to be utilized by politicians for nefarious ends.
Too many *NO-BID* contracts awarded, too many children with inadequate services, and what seems to be criminally lax accounting procedures.
Wexler would have all the facts relating to the transferrance of funds out of allocated budget categories.
Follow the money trail where DHS is involved.
