Robichaud: Charlie Baker must expose Coakley as no feminist, just another pol

This is a really interesting article where a Republican candidate is using CPS failures against the Democrat.

How does Charlie Baker win the female vote? How does he offset Martha Coakley’s gender connection to 51 percent of the voters? Can it be done?

Note: Republican's / Democrats...

Democrats support CPS because it's a liberal feminist issue.  The Republicans support CPS because the Democrats have convinced them that they're doing God's work.

You don't win either way.

I found the following passage really interesting in regards to how our politicians view this issue, which is more or less what the media tells the rest of the sheep...
By educating women that for all her pandering on social issues, she’s just another ambitious Massachusetts politician who has failed to put people ahead of politics — more specifically children — in situations of critical interest to all voters, not least women.
Coakley’s biggest vulnerability has to be the problems surrounding the Department of Children and Families. As attorney general, she knew about the gross mismanagement of the agency well before Jeremiah Oliver was tragically killed.
Early last year a Maryland child welfare group sued the commonwealth for failure to properly care for children under their protection. Instead of standing up for the children, Coakley defended the state’s bad practices. She had the opportunity to be a leader and protector for the most vulnerable segment in our society. She chose poorly.
So who would you vote for?
