i wanna sue,i know its hard, without a lawyer, but this amazing story give me now hope tonight, going to see about suing on my own,as i read from the reporter, she suing pro-se self file?
i want to so bad,my time is short i just was told by four lawyers this week! four back to back do not want to sue saying i can't win against cps at a suit, but i have to try at least then i know i tried, all i can, while alive to try. Congratulation to this mother,i am saving this link, for my facebook page.sad what happen to the mom and her daughter,i'm putting on my fb.
But at least judge smart in fed.ct.let her move forward that is so good to see.

Good blessing right here,to be able to sue pro-se without a lawyer and get THAT far?i thought i would always need lawyer to sue.Hi all.I am Henrietta.I live in Oregon.
I have a quite similar situation with a caseworker, but not sure to sue now or wait.i do not want to miss deadline either by waiting.
child protection in the OREGON we call our local county cps DHS agency
actually,i seenn this amazing suit here on facebook, and now at this blog.this is a good suit and i am happy for the parent.
She sue for same reasons what i am going throught.i just never though to sue on my own pro se they call it. like a self file action.
    But now i will.
but need help with the proper way on how to do it,and have the support i need across the board, when i will not know what exactly to do!lol i been so wrapped up in the case, divorce, against my ex spouse.congrats to your win to move forward against new jersey child protection services, that is good to read, give me so much more hope to sue cps,in my homestate of Oregon.
Not even sure how long i have left to sue.
