Minn . lawmakers mull ending prone restraints in schools
State lawmakers are considering a bill that would allow schools to keep using a controversial hold to subdue students. The practice known as the "prone restraint" or "prone hold" -- which is done by placing children face down while holding them.
Note: They should ban Prone Restraint. I've seen it in use on my daughter and was ready to start kicking teachers in the head. It's child abuse.
Bill would extend Minnesota's prone restraint law until late 2013
