FOX RANT: Overhauling DHS

Five bills calling for critical changes to Oklahoma's Department of Human Services are now on their way to the House floor. This is an excellent start, but the legislature MUST get this done. Too many children in Oklahoma are suffering...and this has gone on way too long.
