The couple who exposed the abuse of baby Braxton says that Virginia Beach Social Services is paying them back for telling NewsChannel 3 about their oversight.
What happens if there are no black foster parents available? Many of our Canadian native children are placed with white families becasue there are simply not enough native foster care families. Perhaps the children should be left with the bio parents and appropriate assistance given to them instead. They would be a lot better off that way.
