Legally Kidnapped has been following and providing links to the following news story regarding a little girl who was adopted in violation of the Indian Child Welfare act and ultimately ordered to be returned to her biological father.

There has now been a video made, in support of the adoptive parents, where the words "Legally Kidnapped" appear in the title, suggesting that she was "Legally Kidnapped" from the adoptive parents.

Due to this, I feel it necessary to state my position on this case.
I support the biological father and his right to raise and care for his daughter, as he was probably screwed out of her unfairly, or rather she was Legally Kidnapped from him to begin with. I wish this father and his daughter all the happiness in the world, and hope that they can move on from this ordeal and have a good and happy life together.
